Location: New York, NY | San Francisco, CA | San Jose, CA (Hybrid)

Function: Sales & Revenue Growth

Reports to: CEO

Type: Full-Time | Individual Contributor

Compensation: 50:50 Base + Uncapped Commission + Equity

To reimagine the $100B+ Global Capability Center (GCC) market by enabling companies to plan, set up, and scale GCCs through a Human + AI-powered enterprise SaaS platform that drives faster execution, smarter decisions, and greater resilience.

Why This Role Exists

This is not a routine sales job. We’re hiring a Founding Enterprise Account Executive who wants to build from scratch, drive new logo acquisition, and co-create a new category alongside the CEO.

What You’ll Do

  • Hunt & Close: Own the full enterprise SaaS sales lifecycle—from initial contact to contract signature—targeting Global 2000 enterprise and mid-market organizations.
  • C-Suite Engagement: Build relationships and influence with CIOs, COOs, CFOs, and Heads of Shared Services and GBS.
  • Strategic Selling: Guide complex buying groups (5–10+ stakeholders).
  • Solution Positioning: Tailor Aokah’s Human + AI enterprise platform to address specific enterprise needs.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Solutions, Product, and Marketing to build demos and proposals grounded in customer reality.
  • Shape GTM Feedback Loop: Feed field intelligence back into pricing strategy, product features, competitive positioning, and messaging.
  • Partner Co-Selling: Work alongside strategic partners like Mphasis to initiate and accelerate deal momentum.
  • Own the Process: Maintain strong CRM hygiene (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho), structured forecasting, and transparent documentation.

Who You Are

  • An Enterprise Athlete: 10+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS / technology / platform sales, with a proven track record of closing $250K–$1M+ deals.
  • A C-Suite Seller: Fluent in executive conversations. Trusted by CIOs, COOs, and CPOs to deliver value.
  • A New Logo Hunter: You know how to build pipeline, multi-thread accounts, and create deal momentum.
  • Anti-Bureaucracy: You’re energized by autonomy, not rigid playbooks.
  • Builder Mentality: You embrace startup environments and turn ambiguity into clarity.
  • Tech-Forward: You leverage AI and automation to minimize grunt work and focus on strategic selling.

Based in New York, San Francisco, or San Jose and willing to travel for strategic meetings or industry events.
