Description
Our client, a well-funded startup in the clear aligner/orthodontic space, is seeking an eager "Hunter" to launch their business. This role requires immediate, high-impact pipeline development focused exclusively on acquiring and driving utilization within high-volume orthodontic practices.
The core value proposition is selling high quality aligners with a revolutionary software platform that gives orthodontists an unprecedented level of clinical control and advanced biomechanics—greatly surpassing existing industry systems.
Core Responsibilities:
• Aggressively prospect and close new orthodontic accounts (HUNTING).
• Rapidly build relationships that convert orthodontists into active users.
Candidate Requirements
Early career (2–5 years total experience). Can be 1st or 2nd job out of college. Must have at least 1 year of dental sales experience. Must be comfortable walking into a dentist's office and navigating the front desk.
Compensation
Base Salary $80K - $90K, total comp at plan $160K - $180K plus full benefits and mileage reimbursement . 10% overnight travel.
