Senior Account Executive – ERP Software Sawyer, MI Base Salary: $70K – $80K + Uncapped Commission OTE: Around $130K+ About Opportunity We’re working with a growing ERP software company that specializes in solutions for manufacturing and foundry operations. They’re looking for a Senior Account Executive who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and helping manufacturing companies improve operations through ERP technology solutions. This is a strong opportunity for someone with experience selling ERP, MES, CAD/CAM, or manufacturing software solutions who wants uncapped earning potential and long-term growth. What You’ll Be Doing Business Development & Sales Prospect and develop new business opportunities Cold call, network, attend industry events, and build referrals Identify manufacturing companies that could benefit from ERP solutions Manage a strong sales pipeline and hit sales goals Consultative ERP Selling Conduct discovery calls to understand customer workflows and operational challenges Deliver ERP software demos and presentations Build ROI-focused proposals and business cases Negotiate pricing and close new business opportunities Client & Sales Process Management Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing Maintain CRM activity and pipeline forecasting Partner with implementation and technical teams during onboarding Stay current on ERP software trends and manufacturing technologies What They’re Looking For Required Experience 4+ years of experience: ERP Software MES Systems CAD/CAM Solutions Manufacturing Technology Solutions Strong hunter mentality with experience prospecting and generating new business Experience selling manufacturing, foundry, die casting, or metal casting industries Background in consultative B2B software sales Skills & Tools CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Strong presentation and software demo skills Excellent communication skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Open to travel for client meetings and trade shows #LI-AT1 MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
