Responsibilities

The Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator responsible for the organization, tracking, and transportation, if needed, of company samples across multiple locations. This role works closely with Facilities and internal teams to ensure efficient sample storage operations, accurate inventory management, and timely fulfillment of requests.

Coordinate with Facilities and internal stakeholders to manage short-, medium-, and long-term sample storage, including intake, rotation, and retrieval requests.
Oversee day-to-day sample storage operations, including packing, unpacking, logging, and tracking inventory movement.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation of all sample and material transfers.
Manage the transportation of samples and materials between locations (e.g., Culver City and Santa Fe Springs), ensuring timely and secure delivery.
Ensure warehouse and storage areas are organized, compliant with safety standards, and optimized for efficiency.
Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, facilities) to fulfill sample, shipping, and operational requests promptly.
Identify opportunities to improve storage, tracking, and logistics processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
