Overview:
Security Officer
The Security Officer’s main function is to provide a friendly and safe environment for guests and team members while protecting company assets.
Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
  • Patrols marina and dock areas as assigned by management.
  • Stands post as assigned.
  • Prepares written reports relating to any problems or incidents within the marina and dock complex.
  • Maintains security and safeguards company property and assets as relates to the marina areas.
  • Adheres to all established hotel policies and procedures.
  • Reacts and assists on a timely basis to all emergency situations.
  • Performs any additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Previous experience in hotel/casino security helpful
  • CPR certificate preferred
  • Ability to swim and water-related lifesaving skills helpful
  • Good communications skills
  • Current New Jersey driver’s license required.
  • Must be able to obtain a valid Casino Employee Registration license upon hire
  • Team Player with a guest first attitude.

Posted Salary Range: USD $17.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr. Benefits:
