The ideal candidate will be a dedicated professional with a robust background in security dispatch operations, equipped to address the complexities of upholding safety and security with diligence and accuracy. *Schedule PART-TIME: 16 Hours* Saturday & Sunday 10:30pm-6:30am *Schedule FULL-TIME: 45 Hours* Monday-Friday 1:30pm-10:30pm *Key Responsibilities* * Operate the dispatch system efficiently, guaranteeing prompt responses to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents. * Keep comprehensive and precise records of all dispatch activities, incident reports, and communications, in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory mandates. * Offer regular and detailed updates to management regarding security incidents and response measures, fostering transparency and confidence in our services. * Work in partnership with law enforcement and emergency services as needed, ensuring a unified approach to incidents that exceed private security capabilities. * Pursue ongoing education and training to remain informed about the latest developments and technologies in security and dispatch operations. *Requirements* * *Valid D-License Security Certification*. * Proficiency with modern *security systems and technologies*. * High level of *professionalism, integrity*, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. * Able to *work independently* and demonstrate sound judgment in real-time situations. * *Bilingual English and Spanish*-Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, essential for handling high-stress scenarios and ensuring effective communication. * History as a Security Dispatcher, (preferred) with credible experience in a security operations center or comparable setting. * Skilled in utilizing security technologies and dispatch software, with a readiness to swiftly adapt to and master new systems. * Proven ability to think on one's feet and make quick, informed decisions in emergencies, prioritizing safety and security at all times. * Strong organizational abilities, capable of multitasking efficiently in a dynamic environment. * Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support round-the-clock security operations. * A commitment to professional integrity, confidentiality, and fostering a secure atmosphere. *If you meet all qualifications and are interested, please submit your resume to vdelpozo@fpisecurity.com with Security Dispatcher on the subject line, you can reach me directly at 954-727-1616.
