Accesible to public transportation such as Bart and Muni in San Francisco. 

The Residential Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents, guests, and employees. They are expected to provide a welcoming and helpful customer service experience while monitoring the building.

 

salary: $20 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Patrol residential building and may conduct wellness checks
• Respond to emergency situations such as accidents, medical emergencies or fires
• Write incident reports and work orders
• Building: unclock elevators

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Guard Card
• Prior experience in security preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle potentially stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of security systems and protocols
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

standing for 8 hours at one time

working weekends

Skills

Patrols (1 year of experience is preferred)

Customer Service (1 year of experience is preferred)

Written Communication (1 year of experience is preferred)
