Job Location: Las Vegas, NV
Salary: $200k-$215k + Benefits + Vehicle + 401k Match + benefits, etc.
Requirements: 15+ Years of experience on commercial and/or Hospitality projects

This is a full time/permanent position with a top General Contractor primarily focused on Hospitality and Commercial projects. Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for an experienced Project Executive. They have a strong backlog of work and a lot of growth moving forward.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide executive oversight across multiple commercial and Hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with financial, schedule, and quality targets
• Direct and mentor project teams - Senior PMs, PMs, Superintendents - driving accountability, performance, and operational excellence
• Maintain high-level control of project financials, including forecasting, cash flow, buyout strategy, and margin protection
• Serve as the primary executive liaison for owners, developers, architects, and engineers, strengthening relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
• Approve major project decisions and documentation (contracts, GMPs, change orders) while resolving complex construction challenges and mitigating risks

What You Need for this Position

• 15+ years in a PM/ Senior PM role at other General Contractors
• Experience on commercial / Hospitality Projects
• Strong understanding of Construction documents
