Project Executive – Commercial Construction
This is not your typical Project Executive role — this is an opportunity to step into a position where you will have real influence on project strategy, team development, and long-term growth.
We are partnered with a respected commercial contractor seeking a Project Executive to oversee multiple projects, lead teams, and help drive both project success and future business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic execution across multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Drive results in profitability, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction
- Oversee and mentor Project Managers, Engineers, and field teams
- Manage relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors
- Support business development and help secure future work
- Lead contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget

Qualifications:
- 15+ years of commercial construction experience
- B.S. in a construction related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams
- Strong background in preconstruction, estimating, and project financials
- Track record of successful project delivery and client relationships
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- $115K–$170K base (flexible)
- Strong bonus structure
- 25 Days PTO starting day one
- Hybrid schedule available after onboarding
