Position Overview

We are seeking a person to provide coverage for a leave of absence in our Mail & Logistics service line. This role supports a fast-paced corporate environment involving mail processing, shipping, packing, and light copy/print production work. The company is a plant based hair, skin, and body care products company.

This is a team-based position with high variability in daily volume depending on business needs.

Assignment Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Location-Pheasant Ridge Dr NE Blaine, MN 55449
• End Date: 2026-07-31
• Duration: temp to perm possible
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $20/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Print, copy, and production support tasks as needed
• Shipping, packing, and preparing outbound packages
• Handling varying daily volumes (approx. 25 to 250+ packages depending on workload)
• Operating UPS shipping systems and related tools
• Ensuring accuracy and timely processing of mail and logistics requests
• Lifting and moving materials up to 40 lbs

Requirements

• Ability to work in a team-based environment
• Comfortable with physical, active work (including lifting up to 40 lbs)
• Experience with shipping/logistics or warehouse operations preferred (corporate experience also acceptable)
• Familiarity with UPS systems preferred
• strong attention to detail and reliability

Work Environment & Dress Code

• Business casual attire with comfortable, closed-toe shoes required
• Free on-site parking available at Aveda’s facility
• Mix of independent tasks and team collaboration
