In this Temp-to-Hire role, you’ll earn $18.50/hr while serving as the heart of our dock operations—managing driver check-ins, assigning dock doors, and keeping our paperwork organized. Responsibilities

• Visitor Management: Greet and check in all drivers, vendors, and visitors upon arrival.
• Dock Coordination: Assign dock doors and manage carrier schedules for peak efficiency.
• Internal Communication: Notify departments immediately when drivers arrive on-site.
• Paperwork Verification: Confirm and secure driver data on shipping and receiving forms.
• Records Maintenance: Manage document control through accurate filing and copying.
• Physical Inspections: Perform regular dock walks to verify truck assignments and safety.
• Traffic Flow: Coordinate multiple moving parts in a high-volume logistics setting.

Operational Reliability: Maintain strict punctuality to support live, time-sensitive dock activities.
