Logistics and Events Coordinator for a leading provider of traffic safety and roadway solutions. This position is based near Englewood, CO. The ideal candidate is a project events manager who is equally comfortable negotiating with a venue, chasing a vendor sponsorship payment, and pulling a clean spend dashboard together.

responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the logistics for the company trade shows
- Plan and execute user group meetings
- Coordinate logistics for the trade shows including registration, booth space, shipping, booth setup and teardown, materials, and on-site execution support
- Track deadlines, contracts, and event requirements across a multi-entity calendar
- Coordinate ordering, storage, and shipping so the right materials are at the right show
- Use AI tools daily to increase productivity and quality
Required Qualifications:
- Must have at least two (2) years experience in event coordination, trade show management, or related logistics-heavy roles
- Logistics experience
- Experience leveraging AI tools
- Negotiating experience
