Join our Miami team as a Logistics & Inventory Coordinator, where you will oversee warehouse operations, maintain real-time SAP data integrity, and serve as the primary point of contact for daily operational needs. You will lead inventory reconciliation and audit processes to resolve discrepancies while working on-site to coordinate with logistics partners and ensure timely deliveries. Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations: Manage daily operations and stock levels to ensure real-time system data integrity.
- Team Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for the warehouse team to coordinate daily operational needs
- Transaction Management: Process shipments and inter-warehouse transfers while resolving status issues for blocked or loaned items.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain sub-warehouse data and validate stock records in SAP for cross-departmental use.
- Inventory Reconciliation: Identify physical-to-system discrepancies and lead root-cause analysis for corrective actions.
- Audit Coordination: Lead regular inventory audits and manage all associated documentation and filing processes.
- On-site Support: Oversee physical inventory activities and maintain close communication with logistics partners.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere strictly to company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards during all tasks.
- Expense Tracking: Analyze warehouse operational expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities and budget efficiencies.
