responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day small parcel transportation activities across North America and international sites, serving as the primary liaison for major carriers like FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
- Proactively monitor shipment statuses, identify potential service disruptions, and quickly resolve operational issues such as delivery delays, billing discrepancies, or lost shipments.
- Leverage Excel to analyze shipment, cost, and service data, while maintaining tracking logs and dashboards to support supply chain visibility.
- Support parcel account administration, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain up-to-date operational documentation, standard work instructions, and process guides.
