- Managing all aspects of insurance coverage litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Representing clients in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and mediation
- Conducting legal research and drafting memoranda, briefs, and coverage analyses
- Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams

- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar membership in good standing
- 4-8+ years of experience in insurance coverage and/or insurance defense litigation
- Strong analytical, research, and legal writing skills
- Experience with CGL, professional liability, and/or property coverage matters preferred
- Ability to manage multiple matters and thrive in a fast-paced practice
Superior academic credentials, sound judgment, and strong writing skills are essential.

- Salary range: $165,000-$205,000, depending on experience
- Competitive bonus programs
