A Global Biotech Pharma located in Cambridge, MA is seeking an Executive Adminisrative Coordinator to join their team: The Executive Coordinator provides high-level administrative and operational support! The role requires business acumen, the ability to anticipate needs and support informed decision making, and a proactive approach to driving results. The Executive Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in fostering organizational culture providing trusted insights, feedback, and strategic support to senior leadership and the teams they manage. The position requires a highly organized professional, who can operate effectively in a senior-leader environment with discretion and confidentiality in representing their leader and the Research organization in all activities, support execution of transformation and continuousimprovement, while working effectively across a matrixed organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage complex executive calendars and travel arrangements, as assigned Coordinate onsite, hybrid, and virtual meetings, including agendas, materials and follow-up actions Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, presentations, reports, and other materials Process purchase orders, invoices, expense reports, track expenses in line with company policies.
