Boutique law firm in Los Angeles is looking to add an attorney to their team. The attorney in this role will be responsible for medical malpractice, specifically premises liability, matters representing medical facilities. Responsibilities
• Draft and file pleadings, motions including summary judgement motions, briefs, and other necessary legal documents
• Interview witnesses, conduct depositions, make court appearances and gather evidence to support case arguments
• Analysis of medical and employment records
• Correspondence and report to clients
• Perform legal research
