• Own the Pipeline: Receive, process, and track client orders and shipping schedules from start to finish.
• Solve Real Problems: Dig into the root cause of client complaints and execute smart, strategic fixes fast.
• Bridge the Gap: Maintain constant contact with Transportation and step out onto the warehouse floor to sync directly with operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and track client orders, delivery dates, and shipping schedules.
• Investigate client complaints by identifying the root cause, developing strategic solutions, and expediting necessary corrections.
• Conduct extensive, meticulous follow-ups regarding transit dates and shipping schedules to ensure no detail falls through the cracks.
• Step out onto the warehouse floor to interface directly with operations, and maintain constant, clear communication with the Transportation Department and other internal teams.
• Monitor and catch last-minute order or shipping changes rapidly, ensuring adjustments are documented and executed seamlessly.
• Review and resolve client invoice questions, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and properly archived.
