Project Executive – Commercial Construction

This is not your typical Project Executive role — this is an opportunity to step into a position where you will have real influence on project strategy, team development, and long-term growth.

We are partnered with a respected commercial contractor seeking a Project Executive to oversee multiple projects, lead teams, and help drive both project success and future business.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic execution across multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Drive results in profitability, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction
  • Oversee and mentor Project Managers, Engineers, and field teams
  • Manage relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors
  • Support business development and help secure future work
  • Lead contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of commercial construction experience
  • B.S. in a construction related field
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams
  • Strong background in preconstruction, estimating, and project financials
  • Track record of successful project delivery and client relationships
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $115K–$170K base (flexible)
