A CSR (Customer Service Representative) at a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) company acts as the vital liaison between clients (shippers) and the warehouse operations team. They manage daily account communications, input orders into the Warehouse Management System (WMS), track shipments, and resolve inventory discrepancies to ensure efficient, accurate order fulfillment. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
