TIO builds the AI agent workforce that runs logistics operations for freight forwarders, 3PLs and trucking agencies. Our agents do the desk work a shipment creates. They price a rate request and reply in the customer's thread. They book the load, track the freight and send the pickup and delivery updates. They enter the order in the customer's TMS and book the vendor bill against the job.

The product is in production. A US trucking agency cut its median LTL quote reply from 12 minutes to 12 seconds. A US import freight forwarder cut order entry from about 30 minutes to seconds.

We are hiring a Senior Account Executive. You will report to the founder and own new business from first contact to signed contract.

What you will do

• Build your own pipeline of freight forwarders, 3PLs and trucking agencies through calls, email, LinkedIn and industry events.
• Run discovery calls with owners and operations managers. Learn how their desk handles quotes, bookings, tracking, order entry and payables today.
• Run demos on the prospect's own shipments.
• Manage each deal through pilot, pricing and contract.
• Hand new customers to onboarding with clear notes on what was promised.
• Bring back what you hear. Your calls shape what we build next.

What we are looking for

• 3 or more years closing B2B software deals, with a record of meeting quota.
• Experience selling to, or working inside, freight forwarding, 3PL, brokerage or trucking. You know what a rate request, a BOL and a TMS are.
• Comfort with outbound. No one hands you leads at this stage.
• Clear writing. Most of our buyers live in email.
• You are based in the US and authorized to work here.

Nice to have

• Early-stage startup experience.
• An existing network of forwarders, 3PLs or trucking agencies.

Compensation

• Base salary: $75,000 to $110,000 a year, set by experience
• Commission: uncapped
• Equity: early-stage grant
