Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain professional image that includes greeting customers, visitors and employees in a polite and friendly manner
• Maintain a strong presence and keeping the environment safe for all customers and employees
• Provide a friendly and helpful customer service experience
• Enforce store policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in security and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle potentially stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

standing for 8 hours at one time

working weekends
