Responsibilities

• Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area, and ensure the comfort of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member.
• Perform walkthroughs of the property on an hourly basis
• Complete daily activity reports using an Excel template
• Answers phone calls, routes all calls to the appropriate team member for assistance and assists with completed service request call backs as necessary.
• Manages all package deliveries by documenting arrival information, organizing the package room, and notifying residents of all package deliveries within 24 hours. 
• Coordinates the loading dock and/or elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs.
• Ensures clubhouse, pool, fitness center 18th-floor view and other amenities are in tour condition
• Performs support and administrative tasks, paperwork, computer work, and other tasks as necessary such as posting notices on resident doors, documenting any complaints and relaying information to the Leasing Team, assisting with calling the tow company for vehicles that are not registered.
• Providing access to vendors as approved by Service Team.

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

standing for 8 hours at one time

working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week

working weekends
