We're currently supporting our client who is seeking a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator for a warehouse operation in Longwood, FL. This role supports daily shipping operations and logistics coordination to ensure accurate and timely order movement. We are looking to hire right away! Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate shipping movement within the warehouse
• Print and apply shipping labels and scan outgoing shipments
• Assist with loading shipments and preparing orders for dispatch
• Maintain shipping documentation and tracking records
• Communicate shipping updates and logistics coordination via Microsoft Outlook
• Support the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order processing

Note: This position does not require operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or heavy equipment.

Qualifications:
• Shipping, Receiving, or Logistics Coordinator experience
• Experience using scanners and shipping labels
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook for email communication
• Experience with Sage or Oracle systems preferred
