Description
A well-respected regional law firm is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join one of its offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defend insured clients in civil litigation matters from inception through trial.
- Handle pleadings, written discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
- Draft motions, briefs, and case evaluation reports for clients and carriers.
- Manage an active caseload and work with partners on case strategy.
- Active law license in the state of the office location.
- Base salary of $100,000 - $150,000, depending on experience.
