Our client is seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to support customer sales orders, shipping, and invoice processing across contract sales, spare parts, and warranty orders. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role requiring strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, quotes, and order confirmations within one hour of receipt
- Coordinate and process spare parts orders, ensuring 80% are completed within 24 hours
- Arrange shipments and assist with packing and crating equipment as needed
- Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and compliant with destination country regulations
- Process invoices accurately and within required timelines
- Enter and manage sales and purchase orders within internal systems
- Communicate with logistics and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Follow up with customers via phone and email to ensure satisfaction and delivery accuracy
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service experience required (manufacturing environment a plus)
- Experience in logistics, order processing, or supply chain coordination is a plus
- Ability to manage high-volume communication (100–120 emails daily + phone support)
- Proficiency with computers and database systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction
