Commercial HVAC Sales Executive Miami, FL | Field-Based | $70,000 - $90,000+ /yr Base + Commission | Full-Time A well established and growing HVAC company serving South Florida's commercial market is hiring a Commercial HVAC Sales Executive to drive new installation business across office buildings, retail centers, and construction projects. This is a team that cares about their people and gives sales pros real room to grow within an expanding commercial division. What You'll Do: Identify and develop new commercial HVAC installation opportunities across South Florida Build relationships with property managers, general contractors, and developers Sell large-scale HVAC projects including rooftop units, chillers, and cooling towers Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical plans Prepare project proposals and bid packages Collaborate closely with estimators and project managers Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract close What You Bring: 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience Strong understanding of commercial mechanical systems Experience with chillers, cooling towers, and large tonnage systems Ability to read blueprints and construction documents Bilingual a plus, not required Experience selling to property managers or contractors preferred Strong negotiation and presentation skills What's In It For You: Base salary plus uncapped commission Total earning potential of $70K to $90K+ based on experience Join a growing commercial division with real advancement potential Supportive, team-first culture that invests in its people This role won't be open long.
