A growing, mid-size litigation defense firm seeks attorneys for their employment law practice and their public entity law practice (these are separate roles). These roles are hybrid with 2-3 days in office/week. Requires (i) an active license to practice law in California; and (ii) 3+ years of civil litigation experience in California. Experience with employment law or publice entity law is preferred but not required.

salary: $110,000 - $180,000 per year

Responsibilities

You will manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution. Your responsibilities will include drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence; conducting and defending depositions; arguing motions in court; and participating in mediations, arbitrations, and trials. You will work closely with partners and senior attorneys to develop legal strategies and deliver exceptional client service. This is a hands-on position offering meaningful responsibility, courtroom experience, and the opportunity to grow within a firm that values and invests in your professional development.
