About the Role

We are seeking an Executive Coordinator, Special Projects to provide high-level support to the Vice President of MidAtlantic Mechanical. This role focuses on coordinating and managing a variety of special projects that bring the Vice President's visions to life. Projects may span across building initiatives, mechanical ventures, and other unique endeavors. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage diverse responsibilities, and a willingness to dive into whatever project comes next. A background in mechanical contracting or construction is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Oversee and manage the Vice President’s special projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
  • Vision Execution: Translate the Vice President's ideas into actionable plans, providing hands-on support to bring projects to life.
  • Scheduling & Calendar Management: Coordinate with the Vice President's Executive Assistant to organize his special projects into his calendar.
  • Communication Management: Act as a liaison between the Vice President and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Research & Reporting: Conduct research and prepare reports to support project development and decision-making.
  • Operational Support: Handle administrative tasks relating to special projects, attend meetings, and maintain accurate project records.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: Minimum of five years as a Project Coordinator, with experience in mechanical contracting or construction being a significant plus.
  • Adaptability: A flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to shift seamlessly between a variety of projects and responsibilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Zoom meetings.
  • Location: Must live within 20 miles of Millstone, NJ
  • Education: College degree strongly preferred.
  • Personality: Down-to-earth, adaptable, and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Confidentiality: Unwavering integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

A valid driver's license and transportation is required for this role.
