Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (very seldom Saturday work)

This is a direct hire position. This role is onsite 5 days/week, with the opportunity to work from home 1 day/week after a 6-month review.

Full Job Description

Our client is seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to support customer sales orders, shipping, and invoice processing across contract sales, spare parts, and warranty orders. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role requiring strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, quotes, and order confirmations within one hour of receipt
  • Coordinate and process spare parts orders, ensuring 80% are completed within 24 hours
  • Arrange shipments and assist with packing and crating equipment as needed
  • Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and compliant with destination country regulations
  • Process invoices accurately and within required timelines
  • Enter and manage sales and purchase orders within internal systems
  • Communicate with logistics and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Follow up with customers via phone and email to ensure satisfaction and delivery accuracy

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service experience required (manufacturing environment a plus)
  • Experience in logistics, order processing, or supply chain coordination is a plus
  • Ability to manage high-volume communication (100–120 emails daily + phone support)
  • Proficiency with computers and database systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction
