In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our customer operations—serving as a vital liaison between our clients, Technical Support, and internal departments to ensure every order is fulfilled with precision. If you are a highly motivated problem-solver who enjoys multi-channel communication and has experience with inventory control systems like Sage, we want to hear from you.

salary: $22 - $26 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with placing orders, order status, tracking information, product
availability and pricing.
- Transfer potential leads to a Sales Representative when the opportunity requires.
- Interface with other departments as required ensuring order fulfillment and customer
satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and Technical Support when required.
- Entering orders into Sage with accuracy and efficiency.
