Responsibilities

• Shipment Management: You’ll schedule and deploy transportation flows ensuring goods move from point A to point B without a hitch.
  
  
• Data & Inventory Tracking: Maintaining the inventory database and providing real-time tracking updates to clients.
  
  
• Carrier Coordination: Booking shipments and managing relationships with third-party carriers and freight forwarders.
  
  
• Problem Resolution: Actively monitoring for "deviations" (delays, damaged goods, or customs issues) and resolving them before the customer even notices.
  
  
• Clerical Support: Preparing shipping schedules, purchase orders, and ensuring all regulatory and customs paperwork is filed correctly.
