Overview:
We’re partnering with a growing stone and surfaces organization specializing in marble, granite, and tile. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in consultative selling and high-end residential projects.
This is a sales-first position (not a pure design role), focused on building relationships with kitchen & bath professionals, designers, builders, and homeowners.
What You’ll Do:

Drive inside and/or outside sales for high-end stone and surface projects

Build and manage client relationships from initial inquiry through project completion

Collaborate with kitchen & bath designers and contractors

Contribute to sales strategy and long-term growth
-
Potential to mentor or lead as the role expands
What We’re Looking For:

Background in stone, marble, granite, tile, or K&B showroom sales

Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills

Comfortable working with high-end clientele

Sales-driven mindset with long-term growth interest

Design exposure helpful, but sales experience is key
